Week ONE Almost Done!

  1. This has been an intersting week for me. The only thing I really asked of myself was to be aware of what I put into my body. Fluids and foods. My week seemed more hectic than usual. The few times I planned what I was eating turned out okay but most of it was just saying, "I could make a better choice that this" then takeing it in anyway. How did all of you do?

  2. Once the Halloween candy was gone I did fine! Went shopping today for lots of fresh fruits and vegetables,meditation is relaxing, yoga can be strenuous. Going into week two with hopes of improvement! Deb H
