Getting Started

Hi Everyone,
Thanks for your intrest in the 40 Days program. If you have already purchased your book, Great! It is okay to read ahead but it is important to stay on the week we are working on once we begin on Febuary 1. I will have books with me the last week of January for those who want to pick them up at class. Our program will run from 2/1/10 thru 3/12/10. Please feel free to invite friends and family to join us. The book is available at All the Matters in Wakefield, RI and also on Amazon.com. We will meet on Tuesdays after class for 30 min or so to discuss how its going. Both Tue and Thur classes and the book are included when you sign up with me. I assure you, it will be a enlightening and healthy 6 weeks!
