Week 2 done, onto week 3!

  1. The hardest part of Yoga is simply showing up. Simply being there to take it on. Its called being present. Aware of this moment. Eating fresh this moment, meditation on this moment and your yoga practice, building your edge. These are the focus of our efforts.
    Don't forget to answer the questions. Be sure to write the answers down. You may find that at the end, your answers may be very different.
