Hello Friends,
Hopefully you have already printed and looked through your log. You will find it very helpful to track your progress and keep you motivated. I used the food lists to shop prior to my starting the program. You will undoubtly see things new to you. I'm not sure seaweed is even sold in my grocery store! Don't worry you pick what you want to eat. Maybe you'll try something new? The bottom line is try to use fresh unprocessed or least processed foods.
